About our Classes
In an entertaining, fun-filled 'hands-on' Fun.Food.Focus cooking session, we get you sizzling, simmering and sautéing your way to preparing sumptuous, mouth-watering dishes.
Cooking is a great way to meet new people, sharing your common interest in food and your common goal in producing a meal. Our classes' encourage people to work together in a friendly, relaxed environment. And at the end, you can sit down with your new friends to enjoy the meal you helped create together. As they say, 'breaking bread' is one of the best ways to bring people together.
We provide you with expert cooking tuition, under the skilled guidance of your professional chef or gourmet cook.

Classic Pizza
Learn how to make this age-old classic the way it's meant to be made. Prepare the perfect pizza dough and decorate your pizza just the way you like it!
French Crêpes and Pancakes
Master the skill of French crêpe and pancake making, from mouth-watering savoury crêpes to sinfully sweet pancakes.
Traditional Japanese Sushi
Be introduced to the intricate art of sushi making, preparing a selection of traditional Japanese sushi using time honoured methods, such as Norimaki and Inari.

What to bring?
We provide all you will need for the class including all cooking utensils and equipment, quality ingredients, nibbles, wine with meal, music, chef hats and aprons. We also provide all the recipes to take home.
Cancellations
If you can let us know within three days of the scheduled class, we will place you in another class or on a wait list for the next available class.

Venues
Through our well established cooking network we offer classes at a variety of metropolitan sites across Adelaide. Depending on the cuisine of choice, classes are held in kitchens at leading restaurants, private properties or home style settings. Fun.Food.Focus is fully mobile and can deliver services at any venue from country properties, outdoor settings or wineries to commercial locations and even the boardroom.

Cooking for Kidz
Fun.Food.Focus Kidz classes are creative, social, fully interactive and a safe and healthy way for your child to learn all about food and cooking. And it's fabulous fun.
Our Kidz cooking classes give children 'hands-on' opportunities to cook, learn, explore and taste new and exciting foods. In a relaxed and enjoyable environment, kidz will learn about nutrition, making healthy food choices, food safety, preparation and simple cooking skills. Food prepared during the class can be taken home to share with family and friends.

Q. How much are the regular cooking classes?
Fun Food Focus cooking classes are $95 pp unless otherwise stated. A discount may apply for group bookings.
Q. How do I book a class?
It's as easy as sending us an email or enquiring online (Contact Us Form)
Q. How long are the classes?
Classes usually run for about 3.5 hours. This includes approximately 2 hours of 'hands-on' preparation and cooking followed by a leisurely feast, enjoying your very own food! (we can even extend if people are really enjoying themselves!)
Q. What happens if I cannot attend a booked class?
If you let us know within three days of the scheduled class, we will place you in another class or on a wait list for the next available class.
Q. What do I need to bring?
Nothing - except yourself, an appetite and a love of good food! We provide all cooking utensils and equipment, quality ingredients, morning or afternoon tea, music, chef hats and aprons. We also provide all the recipes to take home.
Q. Are classes suitable for vegetarians and people with allergies?
We do offer specific vegetarian options, but most class recipes contain fish or meat. If you contact us we will try to incorporate your particular requirements in advance of the class.
We are always mindful of the variety of food allergies suffered by many people. We ask if known allergies could be advised prior to the class so we can adjust our menus, recipes and ingredients accordingly.
Q. Do we get to eat the food we prepare?
Yes, part of the enjoyment of learning about and preparing food is sharing your labours at the end of the class, accompanied by some fine wine, beer or soft drink. Bon appetite!
