Fun.Food.Focus...Event Format  

Fun.Food.Focus events are designed to meld learning and development with a fun hands-on cooking experience mentored by Adelaide’s top chefs. 

Instead of just sitting and listening to speakers, conference participants now expect to be actively involved in their learning. Give them that experience with a Fun.Food.Focus event in any of the following formats:

• PRE - Prior to the conference to start the networking process
• DURING - As part of the conference agenda
• BREAKOUT - As a 'speedy' lunchtime breakout, including hands on cooking and then eating lunch
• POST - For those participants who may wish to stay longer in a location and to network and further build relationships
• FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS - Husbands, wives and partners who may be attending the conference with their partner and wish to join with other accompanying persons for a fun activity, or who may wish to have their own specific cooking experience. 

We can offer something quite special - perhaps a spectacular demonstration or 'hands on' of chocolate making (where guests can taste the goodies they made with a nice glass of SA wine!; some 'hands on sushi' or exoticThai; a market tour, visiting specialist food stores, chocolate, cheese, wine, bread or olive oil tastings and food appreciation classes; 'meet the maker' tours. Depending on the size of the group the location of these events differ.
